Vendor Information Update
Pursuant to industry trends in the Single Family Rental (SFR) Market, the SFR clients are looking to minimize expenses and an extreme amount of scrutiny has been placed across the board at the end of 2024 and into 2025. The investors and property owners have put a lot of emphasis and pressure on getting the lowest price possible per lawn cut across the board, in every market. Due to this, we are working to accommodate our clients in this initiative.
Please provide us back with your lowest possible price for cuts for these lawn sizes. We are currently reviewing each market and submarket to determine more optimal pricing for our clients and the partners with the lower prices will get priority on grass cuts.
What we expect to see from this exercise is an increase in our volumes per market of available lawn cuts for 2025 season and beyond.
